GAB at Sports on Air
GAMES and Amusements Board (GAB) officer-in-charge Atty. Ermar Benitez will be the special guest in the 38th “Sports on Air” program via Zoom.
Benitez, who took the place of Chairman Abraham “Baham” Mitra while waiting for the new appointee of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, is expected to talk about various issues in professional sports.
Benitez, who will be accompanied by GAB officials Dr. Jesucito Garcia and Mark Libunao, is expected to discuss the controversy in players’ exodus to differemt pro leagues in Japan and Korea, as well as issues in boxing and other pro sports.
Joining Atty. Benitez in the 10:30 a.m. program is Philippine Wakeboarding head coach Carlo de la Torre, who will announce the 7th Philippine Wakeboard Championships on Sept. 23-24 at Deca Wake Parks in Clark, Pampanga.
This will be the 38th episode of “Sports On Air”, the hottest and most comprehensive sports talk show on air.
The weekly program is managed by Ed Andaya of People’s Tonight, Ernest Leo Hernandez of SOA, Gerard Arce of Abante, Ivan Saldajeno of Philippine News Agency, Gab Ferreras of Sports Corner, Jean Malanum of Philippine News Agency and Danny Simon of Police Files.
