PRESIDENT Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos Jr. completes today, September 30, the first three months of his six-year presidency, which ends June 30, 2028.
Marcos, who was elected President by more than 31 million voters, has been enjoying a 100-day “political honeymoon period.” The honeymoon expires on October 8.

President Marcos knows full well that farmers, fishermen and other agricultural workers, who comprise the bulk of the country’s population, live in the countryside.
Thus, it is only just and proper for the government to transform sleepy villages into flourishing communities not only in Luzon but also in the Visayas and Mindanao.
