Female UPOR forced to perform oral sex on cops
A 19-YEAR-OLD woman who was apprehended Friday for allegedly being an ‘Unauthorized Person Outside Residence (UPOR’ at a checkpoint in Bgy. Batangas Dos, Mariveles, Bataan, was reportedly forced to perform oral sex on a cop in exchange for her liberty.
Lt. Col. Cesar Lumiwes, Bataan police director, reported that the suspects — a neophyte policeman and a top official of the town’s marshal — are facing charges for rape by sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness after they allegedly sexually molested the 19-year-old lady whom they accused Friday of being an UPOR.
Lumiwes identified the suspects as Patrolman Elmer Tuazon Jr., 25, married, a resident of San Pablo Malolos, Bulacan and presently assigned to the 2nd PFMC Lamao,Limay but is detailed at the Quarantine Control Point (QCP) in Batangas 2 , Mariveles and Armando Dimaculangan,53, married, Marshall Team Leader and resident of Batangas 2, Mariveles.
Lumiwes said the two suspects were locked up in jail after the victim who is single and resident of MAAP Road Brgy Alasasin,Mariveles, complained to the police about the alleged sexual molestation.
“The victim was made to perform an oral sex on the policeman,” said Lumiwes. In his report to Col. Joel Tampis, Bataan police director, Lumiwes said “Investigation revealed that the suspects while on duty at the Quarantine Control Point cited the victim for being Unauthorized Person Outside Residence. The victim was then brought to the boarding house of suspect Patrolman Tuazon for supposed community service. Upon arrival thereat, suspect Dimaculangan and the victim entered the boarding house, and at that instance , suspect Dimaculangan started molesting the victim by mashing the victim’s breast.”
“Moments later, Dimaculangan was called by Tuazon to get out of the boarding house and subsequently the latter entered and forced the victim for an oral sex (inserting his penis to the victim’s mouth).”
“Na-relieve na yung police at nare-assign na siya sa Provincial Holding Admin Unit sa Provincial Police Office for inquest. Yong mga suspects aynakakulong na ngayon,” added Lumiwes.
