Eleazar inducts 11 promoted senior PNP officers

ELEVEN newly-promoted senior Philippine National Police officials on Friday took their oath of office before General Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar at Camp Crame.

The 11 include three newly-promoted 1-star generals namely Brigadier Gen. Rudolph B. Dimas of the PNP Anti-Kidnapping Group; Brig. Gen. Ritchie Medardo A. Posadas of the PNP Peace Process and Development Center; and Brig. Gen. John G. Guyguyon, the Executive Officer of the PNP Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management.

Dimas belongs to PNP Academy Class 1992 while Posadas is a member of PMA Class 1990. Guyguyon is from PNPA Class 1991.

The others are newly-promoted Police Colonels Leovigilda B. Bedia, Charles L. Domallig, Damian D. Olsim, Jacinto R. Malinao Jr., Berniel P. Gotoman, Raquel B. Lingayo, Juliet L. Lumiwes and Julius B. Cruz.

Eleazar congratulated all the promotees and their families for their hard-earned promotion and enjoined everyone to continue to strive for excellence for the betterment of the organization.

“Sa inyong panibagong katungkulan ay inaasahan ko ang inyong patuloy na kooperasyon sa ating sinasagawang paglilinis sa ating mga hanay, sa ating bawat opisina at sa ating komunidad sa ilalim ng ating ipinapatupad na Intensified Cleanliness Policy,” he said.

“You must prove that you truly deserve the people’s trust, respect and confidence as credible and effective police officers,” Eleazar added.
