DOH cites Tanauan City’s COVID-19 vax program

THE Tanauan City Government received an award from the Department of Health (DOH) Regional Office IV-A for its successful implementation of the program for comprehensive vaccination against COVID-19 in the City.

At the “Golden Jab Awards” held recently at Novotel-Manila, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, the Tanauan City Government received the award for “City with highest vaccination coverage C.Y. 2021” and “City who reached 70% Target Population C.Y. 2021” under the “Great Jab Awards”.

The city was also honored for “LGUs with Best Practices Demand Generation and Communications Strategy during the National Vaccination Days 1 & 2”.
