Delivery rider wanted for theft falls in Calamba
A 35-YEAR-OLD delivery rider was arrested for the crime of qualified theft by warrant operatives in a conducted operation Wednesday afternoon in Bgy. Looc, Calamba City, Laguna.
Calamba City police Chief P/Lt. Col. Arnel Pagulayan said the arrested suspect identified as Joseph Tapia, of Lake breeze Bgy. Looc, Calamba City, Laguna.
P/Lt. Col. Pagulayan said that the operatives has implemented a warrant of arrest for qualified theft issued by Hon. Angelina A Mailin-Orendain of Regional Trial Court Branch 92, Calamba City.
The court recommended bail of P40,000.
The accused was brought to Calamba Police for proper disposition and a report for the return of the warrant of arrest is being prepared to be sent to the issuing court. By Gil Aman
