Delivery driver nabbed for 3 counts of rape after 4 years
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — The number three most wanted in Eastern Visayas was arrested on Saturday in a manhunt operation in Bulacan.
Bulacan police director Col. Lawrence Cajipe said his men and members of Leyte police launched an operation in Bgy. Minuyan Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan and arrested Elmar Ligutan, 32, a delivery driver residing at Blk 2 Lot 2 Winter Breeze Subd., Upper Quarry, Brgy. Minuyan Proper, San Jose del Monte City and listed as top three most wanted persons in Region 8.
Ligutan, who has a warrant of arrest for three counts of sexual abuse and rape, went into hiding for over four years in Bulacan.
