CABANATUAN CITY – The Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3), headed by Brig. Gen. Cesar D. Pasiwen gave some 50 children a pre-Halloween “Trick or Treat” at the regional police camp in Pampanga on Tuesday.

Setting aside a busy schedule and heavy workload to ensure public security and safety during the observance of All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, PRO3 officers still managed to give kids a good time exactly six days before October 31, the traditional date the Halloween custom is usually observed.

The “Trick or Treat” beneficiaries were school children from the Camp Olivas Daycare Center.

During the event, children dressed in Halloween costumes went from office to office, visiting the various units housed inside the PRO 3 Command Headquarters, including the Office of the Regional Director.

Handed out to the kids, who were accompanied by their mothers, were so-called “treats” such as candies, lollipops, and chocolates.
