Dasmariñas launches ‘PinasLakas’ booster drive to city employees
DASMARIÑAS CITY, Cavite – The local government of Dasmariñas City launched the distribution of Covid booster shots for government employees here on August 10, 2022, Wednesday held at the Pavilion.
Mayor Jenny Barzaga led the campaign against COVID-19 called “Sa Booster PINASLAKAS: Sabay tayong babangon, magpa-booster ngayon”.
The Dasmariñas local government gave booster shots to the government staff to ensure their safety, and of all Dasmarineños they meet and interact with in the locality daily.
“This is a good step to prevent further the increase of positive cases for COVID-19, which has been causing us problems for several years,” Barzaga said on her social media post.
“Since the beginning of this pandemic, we have not stopped taking actions to fight it and improve the condition of everyone. For our continued rise, all your cooperation is necessary. Let’s move forward together, and together, we will overcome whatever challenge comes our way,” the Dasmariñas mayor added.
