SENIOR Philippine National Police officials have accused detained Pastor Apollo Quiboloy of pedophilia, preying on female targets as young as 12 years old over the years inside his luxurious room at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City.

As PNP chief General Rommel Francisco Marbil said, they have uncovered more “Quiboloy sins” like allegedly preying on young girls on Wednesday, Davao City Police Office chief Colonel Hansel Marantan said they are already taking the statements of five female KOJC members who have made fresh allegations of sexual abuse against their jailed leader.

Quiboloy and his four co-accused on Thursday pleaded not guilty to trafficking charges when arraigned before a Pasig City court.

His lawyers have also described as “fabricated” all the charges against him.

The Davao City police chief said that two of the five personally approached them while the three who are already based overseas gave them information regarding the alleged sexual abuse committed by the jailed KOJC founder who was arrested last Sunday after two weeks of hiding inside the Bible School of the KOJC.

“They have been sexually molested since 12 years old. Ang sagot diyan, they were shaped, brainwashed, and indoctrinated until such time na they accept their fate,” Col. Marantan said.

The official said that the complainants claimed they were promised they “would go to heaven” after being sexually abused.

“Quiboloy brought them sa KOJC compound to convert them in the pastoral in the innermost circle. Now bago ka maging member of the innermost circle, you have to undergo such sexual activities, and that’s rape already,” the Davao City police chief said while adding that some of the alleged victims were foreigners.

“There is a foundation offering them free education. The poor guys, gusto ring mag-avail ng free education. So even their mothers, they brought their children doon sa foundation,” Col. Marantan said.

The official said they learned from the victims that each of them are given a particular day to report to Quiboloy — one’s schedule will be on Monday, the 2nd on Tuesday, the 3rd on Friday and so on and so forth.

He said with Quiboiloy now in jail, it is high time for other victims of the same ordeal to speak up and file formal charges against him.

“Ito na yung best time ninyo na lumabas. Alam naman ninyo na naaresto na si Pastor Quiboloy and others. There’s no reason sa inyo na matakot pa. We understand na yung trauma na naibigay sa inyo for the past years, but this is your best time na makipagtulungan sa amin. Hindi namin i-expound pa kung gaano kami kaseryoso sa laban na ito,” Col. Marantan said.

For her part, PNP spokesperson Col. Jean S. Fajardo described as “truly horrible” the stories narrated by the minor complainants.

“As to the details medyo sensitibo yung mga detalye na binigay doon at kung kayo siguro yung makakarinig medyo paano ko ba idedescribe medyo horrible is for lack of better word po medyo ganun yung pagkuwento sa akin. So you could just imagine a minor being sexually molested by an individual at sinasabi po nila as early as 12 or 13 years old ay they were allegedly sexually molested by Apollo Quiboloy,” she said.

“Well ang isang sinasabi is diyos ang kanilang pinagsisilbihan at kung ano man yung gagawin nila ay yun yung parang kanilang passes to heaven,” Col. Fajardo added.

Col. Marantan said they also learned that the victims were threatened they would be hunted by Quiboloy’s “angels of death” should they complain to authorities.

He said the victims were also told that their families would not be spared should they decide to talk.

“We are now investigating this so-called ‘angels of death’ as well as the parents of the victims who believed to have ‘offered’ their daughters to their leader,” said the official.

“They are being threatened na kapag sila ay i-break nila yung code of secrecy at sabihin nila kaninoman yung kanilang narasanan sa kamay ni Apollo Quibolo ay ihahunt sila nung ‘angels of death.’

“So you could just imagine a minor being threatened of death hindi lang sila kungdi pamilya nila ang sinasabi doon sa mga bata and if I may share na talagang ewan ko kung paano ko ba sasabihin ito na ang sinasabi diumano again these are all allegations, nililinaw lang natin na ang sinasabi pagkatapos gamitin diumano ni Pastor Quiboloy itong mga bata ang sinasabi sa kanila ay they are still pure, intact pa rin yung kanilang pagkakabae dahil ang nakipagtalik sa kanila ay ispiritu ng diyos. So kung ako nangilabot I don’t know kung ano yun maramdaman ninyo,” Col. Fajardo said.

Gen. Marbil earlier ordered a thorough investigation on the fresh complaints against Quiboloy in order to bring to jail the accused who is reportedly sexually attracted to children to justice.
