Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Two most wanted persons were arrested Saturday in separate manhunt operations in Central Luzon.

Bataan police director Col. Joel Tampis said 19-year-old Michael Jay Magcalas, of Pag-Asa St., Bgy. Lamao, Limay, Bataan was nabbed in Bgy. Doña, Orani, Bataan by Limay police based on a warrant issued by the Mariveles RTC Family Court Branch 3 for rape.

Meanwhile, Tarlac police director Col. Renante Cabico said members of the Tarlac City police conducted a manhunt operation in Bgy. Cut-Cut 1st, Tarlac City, Tarlac that led to the arrest of the city’s no. 2 most wanted identified as Juvy David, 41, of Camella Homes Subd., Bgy. Maliwalo, Tarlac City.

David has a warrant for 18 counts of Bouncing Check Law (BP 22) issued by the Tarlac City RTC Branch 1.

“The Central Luzon police together with other police units continues to intensify campaigns to put wanted persons behind bars and eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region, ” said Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon.
