CL cops’ fight vs illegal drugs net 3 drug peddlers
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Central Luzon police on Sunday arrested three drug traffickers who yielded P800K worth of illegal drugs in separate operations.
In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Jose Hidalgo, the Guiguinto police nabbed two suspects identified only as Santos and Adviento, for selling marijuana worth P444,000 to a poseur buyer.
In Angeles City, “high-value target” “Tol” was arrested in an entrapment operation. Seized from him were some 55 grams of shabu valued at P374,000.
Hidalgo vowed the unwavering commitment of the Central Luzon PNP to combat the use and spread of illegal drugs in the region.
“We will maintain our strong efforts in the fight against all types of illegal substances and relentlessly pursue those involved in their distribution, he said.
