CIDG’s Oplan Pagtugis nets 4 most wanted
CAMP Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — Four most wanted persons were arrested over the weekend in stepped up Oplan Pagtugis operations by the CIDG in Central Luzon.
Region 3 CIDG chief Col. Norberto Delmas said agents of Limay, Bataan CIDG arrested Benson Bisana, 28, of Bgy. Saint Francis 2, Limay; and Francis Lozada, 22, of Bgy. Saint Francis 2, Limay, based on warrants of arrest for attempted homicide.
In Mexico, Pampanga, Delmas said CIDG agents nabbed Jhon Lee Mallari, 28, of 11 Purok 4, Narra St., Bgy. San Carlos, for rape; while Domingo Calma, 81, of Purok 4, Narra St., Bgy. San Carlos, was arrested based on a warrant for act of lasciviousness.
