Car thief suspect nabbed in Pampanga
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — A 24-year-old man listed as one of the most wanted persons in this city on Tuesday was arrested in a manhunt operation.
Pampanga police chief Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay said Jordan Ibanez, of Bgy. Pulong Maragul, Angeles City, was nabbed in Bgy, Telesbagan, San Fernando City.
Ibanez was caught based on a warrant of arrest issued by the Angeles City, Pampanga Regional Trial Court for violation of violation of Republic Act 6539 or the Anti-Carnapping Act of 1972.
