Caloocan opens jab site at SM Sangandaan

THE city government of Caloocan, in partnership with the SM Supermalls, has opened another additional COVID-19 vaccination site starting Monday, May 24, 2021, at SM Center Sangandaan.

Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan has called on residents of different barangays in South Caloocan belonging to A1, A2 and A3 category list or the health workers, senior citizens and person with comorbidity to proceed early at the SM Center Sangandaan to receive their COVID-19 vaccines.

The vaccination facility at the Cinemas inside SM Center Sangandaan would be open from 8:00 in the morning to 4:00 in the afternoon every Monday to Saturday and can accommodate 400 vaccine recipients daily.

Mayor Oca expressed his gratitude to the management of SM Center Sangandaan for helping and supporting the local government in its mass vaccination program that will eventually end the pandemic.

“Maraming maraming salamat sa SM Center Sangandaan na hindi nag-atubiling maging kaagapay natin sa programang ito. Salamat sa pagsama sa amin sa layuning mawakasan na ang pandemyang COVID-19,” Mayor Oca said.

The city government also reminded those belonging to priority list groups that have already secure their vaccination registration and profiling not to wait for the text message for their appointment but instead proceed directly to the nearest vaccination site to get vaccinated.
