Tolentino, acknowledged as the Father of Calaca City, Batangas, exhorts the residents and officials of the city led by Mayor Nas Ona to put premium on the welfare of the youth as Calaca marked its first cityhood anniversary joined by Reps Ermita Buhain and Niki Briones. A new city college was also inaugurated.
