Cagayan’s most wanted captured in Zambales
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga — A top most wanted person in Cagayan Valley region was arrested on Monday in a manhunt operation in Subic, Zambales.
Zambales police OIC Col. Romano Velayo Cardino said joint elements of the Zambales, Subic and Olongapo City police arrested Kristopher Mesias Dela Cruz, 39, of Barangay Ibung, Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya.
Cardino said Dela Cruz was arrested for murder based on a warrant issued Nueva Vizcaya courts.
