Cabbie found dead inside taxi in QC
POLICE said a taxi driver who was found dead inside his vehicle in Quezon City on Tuesday afternoon could be suffering from illness.
An initial report from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District showed the victim, whose identity is being withheld by police investigators, was found dead inside his taxicab along Anonas Extension in Barangay Sikatuna Village at around 2:15 p.m.
Policemen responded to the scene after a concerned citizen saw the victim lifeless in his taxi.
Probers said there were bloodstains on his vehicle and on the street.
Investigators are scouring the area for surveillance camera footage to determine what happened to the driver.
