Businessman arrested for selling drugs to police
MARIVELES, Bataan- A suspected drug peddler was arrested Saturday night after he allegedly sold shabu to police in Bgy. Balon Anito, Mariveles, Bataan.
In his report to Col. Joel Tampis, Bataan police director, Lt. Col Cesar Lumiwes, chief of police, said the 47-year-old suspect, a resident of Sitio Maangay, Brgy. Balon Anito, Mariveles was collared when he tried to sell shabu to policemen led by Lt. Marlon Buenaventura.
In a buy bust held along the national road in Bgy. Balon Anito, Mariveles, Bataan.
The suspect “was arrested after he handed over one piece of small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to our PNP posuer buyer in exchange for P500 (buybust money). Upon protective search another two pieces of small-sized heat sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu were confiscated from the possession and control of Tamayo,” said Lumiwes in his report.
