Bulacan SACLEO nabs 73 suspects, P392K illegal drugs seized

CAMP GEN. ALEJO S. SANTOS, City of Malolos, Bulacan – Bulacan PNP’s (Philippine National Police) “Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operation” (SACLEO) resulted in the arrest of 73 wanted suspects, including a “most wanted person” (MWP) and the seizure of illegal drugs worth more than P392,000.

In a report to PRO3 (Police Regional Office) Director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay, Bulacan Police Acting Director Col. Charlie Cabradilla said a series of anti-drug operations by the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Angat, Baliuag, Bulakan, Calumpit, Hagonoy, Malolos City, Marilao, Meycauayan City, Norzagaray, Plaridel, Pulilan, City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM), San Rafael, San Miguel, Sta. Maria, and San Ildefonso PS (Police Station) resulted in the arrest of 33 drug suspects and recovery of 120 sachets of shabu and ten sachets of marijuana with a total value of P392,949.60, drug paraphernalia, and buy-bust money.

Members of 1st PMFC Pulilan Police arrested the MWP for car theft, while ten suspects were captured by the tracker teams of 1st and 2nd PMFC, Plaridel, Marilao, Norzagaray, and CSJDM police.

In a series of anti-illegal gambling operations conducted by the 1st and 2nd PMFC, Bulakan, San Ildefonso, Pandi, Marilao, and CSJDM PS led to the arrest of 30 individuals.

They were caught engaging in illegal gambling activities, including card games “pusoy”, “tong-its”, and “cara y cruz” and recovered sets of playing cards, three one-peso or “pangara”, and bet money.

Cabradilla said these accomplishments of the Bulacan Police under PRO3’s SACLEO showed its “unyielding effort and relentless campaign” against all illegal activities.
