A BUSINESS Processing Outsourcing (BPO) agent is now facing a string of criminal charges for allegedly refusing to pay his bills at a nightclub and hitting several vehicles while being chased by policemen.

The 30-year-old suspect was inside a Honda City hatchback when policemen apprehended him in Barangay Libis around 9 a.m. on Monday.

Brig. Gen. Nicolas Torre III, Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director, said police received a complaint from employees of a nightclub in Barangay E. Rodriguez in Cubao after he “refused” to pay his bill.

Torre did not mention the total amount of the bill which the suspect left unpaid at the nightclub.

The suspect also hit several vehicles before he was cornered by policemen who forcibly took out his vehicle after he refused to surrender.

Torre said the suspect was incoherent as he was “drunk.”

The suspect is now facing charges of reckless imprudence resulting in damage to property, direct assault, disobedience to authorities, and estafa.
