In his message during the 25th Anniversary Gala of RE/MAX Philippines at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La The Fort Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, the Speaker underscored the sector’s contribution to stability, progress, and opportunity for Filipino families.
“As Speaker of the House of Representatives, I fully recognize the vital role that real estate plays in our economy,” Romualdez said.
“That is why we in Congress continue to support policies that foster a strong, competitive, and sustainable real estate sector—ensuring that businesses like RE/MAX thrive and that homeownership remains an achievable dream for many Filipinos.”

The Speaker also congratulated RE/MAX Philippines for its outstanding achievements on the global stage as he commended Eddie Santos, Jun Camcam, and Marissa Garcia who were named among the top global brokers in the recent RE/MAX R4 2025 Convention in Las Vegas.
