Bong and Lani Revilla’s youngest son enters politics

TRECE MARTIRES CITY, Cavite – Ramon Vicente “Ram Revilla” Bautista on Friday filed his certificate of candidacy as Board member of the 2nd district of Cavite (lone district of Bacoor).

Ram filed his COC at the office of acting provincial election supervisor, attorney Margaret Joyce Reyes-Cortez, at the Capitol grounds in Bgy. San Agustin.

The 22-year-old youngest child of six of Sen. Jose Marie Bautista or Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. and Bacoor City Mayor Lani Mercado Revilla became a substitute of his eldest brother, Bryan Revilla, who will be the first nominee of Agimat Party-list.

If they all win in the May 2022 elections, the family will have one senator, three congressmen, and one Board member in the family.

Mayor Lani filed her COC for congresswoman of the 2nd district of Cavite, Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla III is running for congressman of the 1st district of Cavite and Bryan Revilla for 1st nominee of the Agimat Party-list.

Senator Revilla has also three younger siblings running for the May 2022 polls. They are Cavite 2nd district Representative and Deputy Speaker Strike Revilla, who is gunning for the mayoral post of Bacoor City; Rowena Bautista Mendiola, who is running for vice mayor of Bacoor City; Andrea Bautista-Ynares, who is vying for the mayoral post in Antipolo City.

Bong’s nephew, Luigi Bautista-Ocampo , son of her sister Princess Revilla –Ocampo, is running for councilor in Imus City.
