WHILE supporters of the BBM-Sara UniTeam are still busy in their massive relief operations, former senator Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. on Sunday assured the victims of Typhoon Odette in Visayas and Mindanao that he will help them rebuild their damaged communities.

Marcos said he sympathizes with the people who lost their homes and his main concern at the moment is to help them get back on their feet.

He also thanked all the volunteers and donors who responded to his earlier call to immediately deliver aids to the typhoon victims.

While the arrival of the ship carrying the aids to the typhoon victims in Palawan was a little bit delayed due to inclement weather, Marcos explained that it didn’t hinder his plans and commitment to bring in the necessary construction materials in an effort to help those who were displaced during the typhoon.

Meanwhile, Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte guaranteed that the distribution of relief goods in the affected areas will continue, including the construction materials which the UniTeam hopes to start pouring in.

Galing sa city government of Davao, galing sa Lakas-CMD at galing (kay) Bongbong Marcos,” the presidential daughter said.

In closing, Inday Sara said that the BBM-Sara UniTeam will do “our best to help you get by in your most trying moments and will always pray that we rise with our heads held high from this adversity.”
