BATANGAS – The Batangas Police Community Affairs and Development Unit (PCADU), together with the Cuenca Municipal Police Station (MPS), participated in the “beef sharing” outreach program in conjunction with the Eid al-Adha Mubarak last year by P/Lt. Col. Gen. Rhodel Order Sermon, TDCA, in collaboration with Cuenca Mayor Alexander M. Magpantay; G. Ahmad Okla Alkhalaf, president of the Foreign National Keepers Network (FNKN) Batangas; and Dennis “DMAC” Macalintal, president of the Anti-Crime Community and Emergency Response Team (ACCERT) at Purpose Gymnasium, Bgy. Poblacion 5, Cuenca, Batangas.

Batangas Police Director Col. Glicero C. Cansilao in his report to PRO Calabarzon (Cavite/Laguna/Batangas/Rizal/Quezon) Regional Director P/Brig. Gen. Antonio C. Yarra the other day said the program started with opening remarks led by P/Brig. Gen. Jason D. Ortizo, Director PNP Chaplain Service followed by Mayor Magpantay.

“The municipality of Cuenca is lucky because of the PNP (Philippine National Police) fundraising program and its community sponsors,” Mayor Magpantay said.

He also expressed his gratitude to all the guests and sponsors.

Meanwhile, P/Lt. Gen. Sermonia said, “There are many plans and programs of the PNP that have helped the community, especially the EO (Executive Order) 70 National Task Force-End Local Communist Armed Conflict.”

He added that the community deserves assistance from PNP and the local government units as they are “crucial” in maintaining peace and order in the country.
