Batangas MWP collared in manhunt
A VENDOR the other day was nabbed in a case of lascivious conduct by joint operatives in his hiding place in Barangay Buhay na Sapa San Juan, Batangas, on Wednesday, around 4:30 in the afternoon.
The San Juan Municipal Police Station (MPS) Chief P/Lt. Col Jesus F. Lintag said the accused was a salesman and a resident of the said barangay.
According to the report of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) P/Col. Pedro D. Soliba to PRO-Calabarzon (Cavite/Laguna/Batangas/Rizal/Quezon) Regional Director P/Brig. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez, Jr., the province’s “most wanted person” (MWP), was arrested by operatives of the Provincial Intelligence Unit-Batangas Police Provincial Office (PIU-BPPO), San Juan MPS, and Naval Intelligence and Security Group Southern Luzon (NISGSL).
According to authorities, the suspect was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 87 of Rosario, Batangas, and has a P180,000 recommended bail for temporary release.
