Batangas cops hunt 8 agri feed ‘thieves’

AUTHORITIES continue to hunt down suspects in the theft of the bags of supplies loaded in a truck in Padre Garcia, Batangas, the other day.

According to Padre Garcia Police investigator PSSg. Ivan Jever B. Tiquio the victim identified as Johnny Sandi, 55, operations manager of Agri King Feed Mill Inc., went to the police station to report the incident.

In his statements, he believed that the suspects who carted bags of supplies were identified as Maximo Elarmo, alias “Max”, 41, driver, of Bgy. Banay Banay, Padre Garcia, together with the co-helper Melchor Claura alias “Bilog”, John Marco Espiritu, 32, a Bobcat lift operator, both residents of Bgy. Pinagkawitan, Lipa City, and Rue Niell Perez Daguismol 29, of Bgy. Latag, Lipa City with direct participation and connivance with the following employees of Agri King identified as Felipe; Jerald Bilog, 29, single, RM warehouseman; Aries Caliksihan, 40, married, FG Forklift operator, of Tiaong, Quezon–resident of Bgy. San Roque, in Rosario town, and Roland Sorezo alias “Uno”, 36, all residents of Bgy. San Felipe, in Padre Garcia town.

The manager said, the suspects allegedly stole 200 bags of DL-Methionine powder ingredients worth P3,055 per bag with a total amount of P 611,000 and 89 bags of L-Threonine powder ingredients worth P2,354 per bag with a total amount of P209,506, –some micro-ingredients with a total amount of P820,506 and loaded in the truck with plate number CXR 912 driven by 1 of the suspects.

Upon further investigation of the Human Resources Department of the company, the incident was revealed and confessed by Jeffrey Dela Cruz, 35, a security guard in Agri-King Feed Mill, Inc.
