SOME 76 law violators were arrested in the Bataan police’s weeklong Simultaneous Anti-Criminality Law Enforcement Operations (SACLEO) from June 20 to 26.

Bataan police acting director Col. Romell Velasco said of the total number, 28 were drug suspects nabbed in separate operations conducted in Abucay, Bagac, Balanga, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Mariveles, Morong, Orani, Orion and Pilar.

Siezed from the suspects were 44 sachets of shabu and one marijuana plant.

Meanwhile, two most wanted persons were arrested by combined efforts of the Orani and Samal police while 24 persons wanted for various violations were nabbed in Bagac, Balanga, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Mariveles, Morong, Orani, Orion and Pilar.

A motorcycle thief was arrested in Samal and one was held for illegal gun.

At least 18 firearms were recovered in Abucay, Bagac , Balanga, Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Limay, Mariveles , Morong, Orani, Orion, Pilar and Samal.

Twenty individuals were caught in the anti-gambling operations, with P6,620 bet money confiscated.

Velasco said the SACLEO of the Bataan PNP is a strong manifestation of the community support in the peace and order in the province.
