Back to school in Noveleta
Teacher Francis Dianne Mendoza happily teaches her Kindergarten pupils at Ambrosio Robles Memorial Elementary School in Barangay San Jose II, Noveleta, Cavite, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, as classes resume after the onslaught of Typhoon ‘Paeng’ that hit the province on Oct. 30 which resulted to floodings in low-lying areas of Cavite.
