Architect shot dead in Cavite ambush
IMUS CITY, Cavite – AN architect was shot dead by unknown assailants in Barangay Malabag in Silang, Cavite on January 13.
Police identified the victim as Christian “Pongz” Sidlacan, an adult resident of Dasmariñas City in Cavite province.
According to the report gathered from the office of Cavite Provincial Director Police Colonel Christopher Olazo, the incident took place at 12 o’clock in the morning as the victim was riding a Gray Toyota Fortuner with plate number NQL 893 and was crossed in the area by the assailants who shot the victim.
The victim is a well-known architect in the city of Dasmariñas. Currently, there is no clear motive for the murder.
The police are still investigating if the incident has something to do with the victim’s job or if there is another angle to his shooting.
