Another Batangas rape suspect falls
POLICE the reported Sunday that they nabbed a 39-year-old wanted for rape in Batangas City.
Batangas City Police chief PLt.Col. Salvador E. Solana identified the arrested suspect as Jayson Dayupay alias Bukol, single, mason -carpenter and resident of Bgy. Conde Labac, Batangas City.
Dayupay was charged with rape and was listed as a most wanted person. H was nabbed at 2:15 p.m. at Bgy. Conde Labac, this city.
The warrant operatives Batangas CPS led by PCMS Paulino A. Eje, together with the 1st Batangas Provincial Mobile Force Company (BPMFC) led by P/SSg Louie Francis Gonzales served the warrant of arrest issued on February 15 by Acting Presiding Judge Janice Andrade Udarbe of the Regional Trial Court Branch 1, of Batangas City that resulted in the suspect’s arrest.
The accused was not allowed to post bail and is now detained at a police station lock-up cell.
