AIRASIA Philippines reaps international recognition at the 16th Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards, one of the most prestigious brand and marketing awards in the Asia Pacific.
AirAsia Thrills, an online travel and adventure show, bagged the “Silver Award for Brand Storytelling”.
The show, which took the viewers to captivating landscapes and uncharted territories in Zamboanga, Bohol, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, and General Santos, bested among a number of nominees in this category.
Meanwhile, AirAsia’s “UNLI Flight Pass”, first launched in 2020, which allowed guests to rediscover various Philippine destinations through affordable fares, won the “Bronze Award in the Integrated Ecommerce category”.
AirAsia’s “Virtual Salubong” campaign was also shortlisted as a finalist for the Brand Storytelling Category. All entries were conceptualized and launched by AirAsia Philippines’ Marketing and Branding Department.

AirAsia Philippines was recognized among other “brands” for creating a huge impact and behavioral change in people’s lives and society, measured via market share and consumer awareness.
Tambuli Awards began in Manila in 2005 and opened to the Asia Pacific Region in 2012.
Tambuli believes that for a brand purpose to be truly effective and genuine, it must be “rooted” in an authentic and effective corporate purpose.
