Does playing the first woman in space make an actress more attractive to extraterrestrial males? Abbie Bela doesn’t say, but the London-based Polish actress claims she was recently abducted by aliens and taken to their spaceship, where she fell in love with one and is now pining for his (its?) return. Movie plot, publicity stunt or a new trend and a statement on human men?

“I am sick of men from Earth. I joked online about wanting an alien to abduct me. I then started dreaming every night of a white light. One night, a voice in my dream said, ‘Wait in the usual spot’ The next evening, I sat next to my open window. As I drifted to sleep, a flying saucer appeared outside. There was a bright green beam which transported me to the UFO.”

Abbie Bela spills the intergalactic beans to The Daily Star, which seems unable to decide if it’s mainstream media or Weekly World News: The Next Generation. According to her website, Bela was born in Poland, has lived in the US, UK, Vietnam, and Argentina, trained at Acting Coach Scotland and The Groundlings Theatre and School in Los Angeles, appeared as Russian cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova in “Chaika: First woman in Space,” where she played the famous Russian cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, and in “Full Bodied” (in pre-production) as a “feminist archaeologist with a secret.” Amidst all of that, the full-bodied (see for yourself on her Instagram page) actress says she’s been looking for the right man and coming up empty. Then, during one frustrated night, a “flying saucer” introduced her to the alien who made her forget human men.

Was it kinky?

“There was one who connected with me. I felt the same. He said I had to consent to go with them, but I didn’t want to say yes in case they took me forever.”

What a gentleman! While there were five aliens onboard, this doesn’t seem to have been an alien orgy scene. Bela doesn’t reveal what happened on the ship, but it was enough to make her fall in love. The whole experience lasted 20 minutes, so the ET male obviously took his time in comparison to Earth men. Bela was afraid during the first time, but says she’s now ready to “visit the Andromeda galaxy” and has an overnight bag packed. As expected, Bela doesn’t seem to have any proof of her date with an alien, and her Instagram page shows her with an inflatable green alien, which doesn’t help convince the skeptical this isn’t just a publicity stunt by an actress looking for an edge. To make her sound more legit, Bela tries to demonstrate she’s just don’t this for all of humanity.

“It is controversial for people who haven’t considered interspecies dating. I’m willing to give it a go – I’m going to be one of the first to normalize it.”

Oh, there’s plenty of people who consider interspecies dating – just not with ETs (she needs to read more Daily Star articles). The Daily Star doesn’t have a great reputation with these types of stories – its recent piece about a woman who it said was abducted by aliens over 50 times was later refuted by the abductee. This case may be different – Bela brags about the story on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram … although she does use that annoying inflatable alien doll. Having seen these in real life, let’s hope she doesn’t go all the way to Andromeda and find out those dolls are anatomically correct.
