THE Clash Season 4’, the hit all-original singing competition of GMA Network, had its zoom launch and judges Ai Ai de las Alas, Christian Bautista and Lani Misalucha, plus hosts Rayver Cruz, Julie Anne San Jose, Ken Chan and Rita Daniela were all presented to the press.

After the auditions last month, the list of the aspiring singers from various parts of the country as part of the Top 30 Clashes has been announced. Who among them will follow in the footsteps of Season 1 winner Golden Canedo, Season 2 winner Jeremiah Tiangco and Season 3 winner Jessica Villarubin as the country’s next top singing idol?

Aside from the amazing performances of The 30 Clashers, brace yourselves for many surprises in this new season of “The Clash” that have not been seen in the past seasons. They have a fabulous new set and stage design, and the production numbers will surely make this season much bigger and better and definitely, more memorable than the previous ones.

Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha is just too glad to be back as a judge. It will be recalled Pops Fernandez replaced her last year when she suddenly got sick of viral meningitis that affected her hearing.

“I’m definitely much better now, also my husband,” she says. “I thank the Lord for healing us and I’m glad to return to ‘The Clash’ as I missed Ai Ai and Christian as my co-judges. Last year was really difficult kasi nagka-pandemic pa and we were all affected by it. It was a learning process kung ano bang mga dapat nating gawin. It was hard, but unti-unti, nasasanay na tayo. Una sa lahat, we realized na dapat, hindi ka magpatalo sa ganitong pagsubok sa buhay para hindi basta tumigil ang buhay mo. You have to go on with your life.”

“At ang daming natutulungan ng show among newcomers who need a break. Ang schedule namin, aabot na kami ng Pasko so Merry Christmas po sa inyo.”

“I’m really so thankful that GMA made me a part of this show,” says Rayver Cruz. “Sa kabila ng lahat ng pagsubok dahil sa pandemya, nandito pa rin kami. This is also a great venue for singers to show their talent so may chance sila uli para maabot ang kanilang pangarap.”

“The Clash Season 4” will have its first telecast this Saturday, October 2, 7:15 PM on GMA-7.
