8 drug ‘peddlers’ nabbed in CL, P800K illegal drugs seized

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Nearly P800,000 worth of illegal drugs were seized, and eight suspected drug pushers were arrested in separate anti-illegal drug operations on Friday in Central Luzon.

In Nueva Ecija, police authorities conducted drug operations which resulted in the arrest of three suspects.

Confiscated from them were nine plastic sachets of shabu weighing 31.5 grams worth at least P214,200 and the marked money.

In Pampanga, suspect alias “Jojit,” a “high-value target,” 42, of Bgy. San Isidro, Sta. Ana; and another, of Bgy. Lourdes, City of San Fernando, were arrested by joint operatives of Intel/SDEU of CSF police in a buy-bust in Bgy. Lourdes, and seized from the two were ten plastic sachets of shabu worth P442,000 and the marked money.

In Zambales, members of Subic Police, Zambales PDEU, Zambales PIU, 1st and 2nd PMFC Zambales PPO conducted an anti-illegal drug operation in Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic, which resulted in the arrest of the suspect with the alias “Ner,” 22; alias “Allen,” 33; and “Jay-Ar,” 21, all residents of Bgy. Calapacuan, Subic.

Seized from them were five plastic sachets of shabu weighing 17.1 grams with a street value of P116,280 and the marked money.

“Your police here in Central Luzon will have no let-up on our crackdown on all forms of lawlessness, especially on illegal drugs, in support of the DILG’s BIDA program,” said PRO (Police Regional Office) 3 Director Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen.
