8 arrested in Angeles drug den raid
ANGELES CITY – Eight drug suspects including a minor on Friday were arrested and some P136,000 shabu seized in a drug den raid conducted by Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Pampanga in this city.
PDEA Central Luzon chief Director III Bryan B Babang identified the suspects as Jeffrey Segarino, 23; Byron Ruiz, 23; Renzel Santos, 26; Angelo Villanueva, 38; Diana Villanueva, 29; Francis Manalo, 18; and Efren Gapal, 56. The female minor was turned over to the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
Confiscated from the suspects were seven plastic sachets containing at least 20 grams of shabu valued at P136,000, assorted drug paraphernalia and the buy-bust money.
Babang said the raid was conducted at 6 St., Villa Riles, Bgy. Balibago, based on the information given by some concerned citizens in the area.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
