6 drug suspects fall in Batangas

CAMP GEN. MIGUEL MALVAR, Batangas – Police the other day arrested six drug personalities during the buy-bust operations conducted by operatives of the Batangas Police Provincial Office (BPPO) headed by Officer-In-Charge (OIC) Police Col. Pedro D. Soliba.

Authorities arrested the suspect with the alias “Jopay” around 1:50 p.m. in Purok 5, Barangay Banay-banay, Lipa City, Batangas. Police recovered 0.12 grams of shabu and the buy-bust money from the suspect.

Another drug suspect was handcuffed by lawmen at 4:30 p.m. in Purok 1, Bgy. Balintawak, Lipa City, for shabu and for driving a black Honda TMX tricycle without a license plate.

Sto. Tomas City Police arrested two female suspects around 4:25 p.m. in Bgy. San Joaquin and recovered three grams of shabu, including the buy-bust money.

A mother and her son in Bgy. San Joaquin was also arrested for illegal drugs, and another drug suspect was collared in Tanauan City for shabu.

“With the relentless implementation of law enforcement operations by our police force, order and peace will surely be maintained in the province. Please continue to support us for our development,” Soliba said.
