FOR allegedly conspiring with each other in selling illegal drugs, five drug pushers, including two who are included in the list of High Value Individuals (HVI), were arrested by authorities in a buy-bust operation Saturday evening in Paranaque City.

Southern Police District (SPD) Director P/BGen. Crislyn Navarro, 24, both in the list of HIV, siblings James Jason, 32, and James Jepherson Bagaforo, 24, and Bernard Tolibas, 25, after they allegedly conspired to sell P500 worth of shabu to a police poseur-buyer.

BGen. Kraft said the drug sting, which was conducted at around 6 p.m. at Room-P, Laguna Bay Inn, East Service Road, Brgy. San Martin De Pores, Paranaque City was carried out after more than a week of monitoring and discreet surveillance operation by elements of DID and DSOU following a tip from a confidential informant about their illegal drug activities.

The operating units were able to confiscate from the arrested suspects more of less 27 grams of shabu with standard drug price of P183,600 and the P500 marked money from Gayol.

The arrested suspects were brought to the SPD-DDEU office for proper documentation and disposition pending the filing of cases for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II or R.A. 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act before the Paranaque City Prosecutor’s Office.
