4 Pampanga drug suspects nabbed
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga – Four suspected drug peddlers who are in the police drug list were arrested Wednesday in a buy-bust operation on Mabini St., Bgy. Dau, this city.
In a report to Pampanga police acting director Col. Robin King Sarmiento, Mabalacat City police chief Lt.Col. Heryl Bruno said members of the Mabalacat City police led by Maj. Fernando Tolentino nabbed suspects Patrick Jay Laxamana, alias Soy, of Bgy. Mabiga; Camilla Atienza of Dau Homesite; and Christian Perez and Jennifer Crabajales, both residents of Mabini St., Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City.
Confiscated from them were three plastic sachets containing shabu valued at P34,000, drug paraphernalia, one mobile phone and the marked money.
Bruno said the suspects will be charged with violation of Sections 5, 11, 12 and 13, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
“We will continue our efforts to eradicate illegal drugs for a drug-free Mabalacat City through our continuous conduct of anti-illegal drugs operations,” Bruno said.
