4 Chinese nat’ls killed, over P262M shabu seized in Angeles sting
ANGELES CITY — Four Chinese nationals were killed Monday morning in a drug sting that resulted in the recovery of 38 kilos of shabu worth over P262 million at Punta Verde Subd., Barangay Pulong Cacutud, this city.
PDEA Region 3 identified the Chinese fatalities as Cai Ya Bing alias Cai, 29, CAI- a native of Yuncheng City, Shanxi, China; Erbo Ke alias Payat, 34 , of Quanzhou City, Fujian, China; Huang Guidong, 44, of Zhang Zhou, Fujian , China; and . Wuyuan Shen / Jinpeng Zhang, 41, of Zhang Zhou, Fujian, China.
Authorities said PDEA agents secured a drug deal for the purchase of shabu from the group that resulted in the operation.
“The four suspects drew their guns after sensing that they were being entrapped,” said PDEA team leader.
The operation yielded at least 38 kilos of shabu valued at P262,200,000; four .45 guns ; two cellphones; weighing scale with charger; and the marked money used by PDEA operatives.
The operation was conducted by joint operatives of the PDEA Central Luzon, PDEA-IIS, PDEA-NCR, AFP and PNP units.
