3 nabbed, P3.4 million shabu seized in Cavite sting

BACOOR CITY, Cavite – Police on Thursday arrested three alleged big-time drug traffickers and seized some P3.4 million shabu in a buy-bust operation in this city.

Police identified the arrested suspects as Marvin Espiritu Dominguez alias “Barron,” 30, a businessman and a resident of 194 Palico, Imus Cavite; John Paul Reyes alias “Kuya,” 26, a delivery rider, of 215-A Panapaan 1, Floraville Subdivision, Bacoor; and Christine Bautista Alvaran alias “Nanay,” 25, of 0233 Talisayan, Sampaloc 4, Dasmariñas Cavite.

The suspects were arrested following several days of surveillance,

Joint operatives of the PDEA RO-NCR Northern District Office and the Bacoor City Police Station conducted the sting inside Floraville Subdivision, Bgy. Panapaan 1, this city at 3:10 p.m. on Thursday.

The suspects arrived in a Toyota Avanza and immediately made a deal with a police poseur.

More than 500 grams of shabu worth P3.4 million were confiscated from the suspects during the operation.

Also seized were the suspects’ car, a cellular phone, three identification cards, drug paraphernalias and the eight bundles of boodle money.
