2 Nigerians nabbed in drug den raid
MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — Two Nigerians and four Filipinos were arrested Thursday in a raid at a drug den that led to the confiscation of kush or high-grade marijuana in this city.
The two Nigerian suspects were identified as Kingsly Anaelechi, 37, of Rosanda St., Samson Ville, Dau; and Nelson Okafor Jr., 25, of San Rafael, Tarlac City; while their Filipino cohorts were April Wright, 25, of San Juan St., Villa Teodora, Dau; Eric Desuyo, 29, of Don Cornello, Dau; Norwin Carpio, 20, of Mars St., Doña Anicia, Dau; and Ralph Joseph Yalung, 25, of Bgy. Duquit.
The raid operation launched by agents of PDEA Pampanga Provincial Office on San Juan St., Villa Teodora, Dau yielded 30 grams of suspected shabu with estimated value of P204,000, 30 grams of dried marijuana leaves worth at least P3,600, 2 grams of Kush valued at P2,000 and assorted drug paraphernalia.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the suspects.
