2 murder suspects fall in Batangas
TWO murder suspects were arrested in different operations Saturday in Sto Tomas City, Batangas.
Nabbed were Aaron Joseph Sarmiento, 34, married, truck driver, and Kim Karlo Reyes alias King Carlo, with live-in partner, waiter, both residents of Purok 5, Bgy. Sta Maria, Sto Tomas.
Elements of the Sto Tomas City Police Station (CPS) led by P/Lt. Lilly Ann M. Deris; Calauan, Laguna police, led by P/SSg Diosdado Casupang Jr. and the 1st Batangas Provincial Mobile Force Company (BPMFC) headed by Warlie Flor U. Contreras handcuffed Sarmiento in Bgy. St. Roque, Sto. Tomas City. Reyes was nabbed around 10:06 a.m. on June 19 by the same team of operatives in Bgy. Sta Maria.
The suspects were nabbed on the strength of arrest warrant with no bail recommended issued against them by Assistant Judge Rene Deveza Natividad of the Fourth Judicial Region, Branch 107 of Los Baños, Laguna.
