TWO men are in critical condition in the hospital after being shot by unidentified assailant/s in Padre Garcia town while another was also injured Saturday shot in Lipa City, Batangas.

Padre Garcia Municipal Police Station chief Capt. Eduardo G. Timbol II identified the two victims in Padre Garcia as Geraldo Magadia and Bryan Magadia.

Initial investigation showed the victims were eating in Bgy. Quilo-quilo South at around 7:30 p.m. when the suspects appeared and shot them in the chests.

The two were rushed to the Christ The Savior General Hospital in Rosario.

A follow-up operation is still being conducted by Padre Garcia MPS for the possible apprehension of the suspects.

Meanwhile, Lipa City police said one Roy Ramilo was shot three times by a suspect identified as Carlos Perlas.

Ramilo was standing at the Sibs Motorcycle Parts and Tire Service Center in Bgy. Sabang, at 9 p.m., when Perlas shot the victim three times with a .45 caliber pistol hitting him in the right leg, investigators said..

According to the victim, the suspect’s son had been bitten by their dog.

Lipa City police conducted a hot pursuit operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspect.

Seized from the suspect were a .45 caliber pistol with inserted magazine loaded with six live ammunition, three fired cartridge casings and a deformed slug for the same caliber.
