2 drug suspects yield shabu, gun in Bataan drug bust
POLICE arrested two drug suspects for “peddling” shabu in an entrapment operation in Bgy. Capitangan, Abucay, Bataan.
According to P/Col. Romell Velasco, elements of the Abucay SDEU conducted a buy-bust operation in Bgy. Capitangan, and collared the suspects – both residents of Bgy. Omboy, Abucay.
Seized from the suspects were one plastic sachet of shabu, the buy-bust money, and a .45 pistol with one magazine loaded with eight bullets.
The suspects will be charged with violating Sec. 5 and 11 Art. 11 of RA 9165 and RA 10591.
Bataan Police, P/Col. Velasco said it will “intensify its anti-crime drive and remain vigilant in protecting the residents in the province.”
