Caloocan Police Chief P/Col. Samuel Mina Jr. said the arrested suspects were both residing at General Tirona St., Bgy. 144, Bagong Barrio.

The two were arrested after they conspired to sell a plastic sachet of shabu worth P36,000 to P/SSgt. Randy Sanoy and P/Cpl. Recovered were 11 plastic sachets of shabu weighing 1,025 grams and valued at P6,970,000, the marked money, a mobile phone, and a motorcycle they used in their illegal transactions.
