15 families lose homes in Sampaloc fire
AROUND 15 families lost their homes when fire of still unknown origin hit a residential area in Sampaloc, Manila Monday afternoon.
The Manila Bureau of Fire Protection reported that the blaze began at 3:36 p.m. at the corner of Miguelin and Loyola Streets in Sampaloc.
F/Insp. Cesar Babante said the fire reached first alarm and the fire was contained at 4:03 p.m.
No one was reported killed or injured in the fire whose estimated damage to property is yet to be determined.
