11 held for drugs in Bulacan

BULACAN Police Provincial Office director, Colonel Lawrence B. Cajipe on Thursday announced the arrest of 11 known drug personalities in the province following a series of anti-narcotics operations this week.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) director, Brigadier General Valeriano T. de Leon, the official said the suspects yielded 28 heat-sealed plastic sachets containing shabu and marked money during the entrapment operations conducted by officers from the San Ildefonso, Sta. Maria and Bocaue Municipal Police Station and Meycauayan City Police Drug Enforcement Unit.

Cajipe identified the arrested suspects as Jordan Tibule of Barangay Poblacion, San Ildefonso town; Cindy Ortega and Mark Alvin Carpio of Bgy. Bunducan in Bocaue; Aldrin John Quioge of Bgy. Tumana in Sta. Maria; Naim Usman of Bgy. Robes 2 in San Jose del Monte City; Renel de Jesus, Menardo Denilla, Jestoni Martorillas, Jairia Punsaran and Nelmarie Castillo, all residents of Bgy. Bignay, Valenzuela City; and Lilia Suzette Avila of Bgy. Bagumbong, Caloocan City.

Cajipe said the suspects are facing non-bailable charges for sale and possession of prohibited drugs under Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
